The world is in freefall - politically, ecologically, spiritually - and most of us can feel it. But Nobel Prize-winning physicist Ilya Prigogine showed us something remarkable: when a system is in chaos, small pockets of coherence don’t just survive - they can shift the entire system toward a higher order.
This show is about building those pockets. Each episode draws from spiritual practice, somatic work, artmaking, ecology, and activism to explore a single question: how do we cultivate wholeness - in ourselves, in our communities - while everything around us fragments?

In this episode we sat down with Amanda Gilbert of Happy Henna to talk about all things henna. We cover its history, the process of adornment, the spiritual and meditative aspects, use in self expression and self discovery, and her incredible work with creating spaces for women battling cancer to feel a sense of empowerment and coming home to their true selves. It was an incredible conversation that hits a lot of the marks that I aim for in the explorations of the show and if you want to get involved with her new non-profit, Henna Crowns of Courage, I strongly suggest checking out the website and supporting the Kickstarter initiative she has going.
